Marcus & Millichap arranges $2.3 million sale of 28,000 s/f Crossroads Common

East Freetown, MA Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, arranged the sale of Crossroads Common, a 28,000 s/f retail property, according to Tim Thompson, sales manager of the firm’s Boston office. The asset sold for $2.3 million.

Laurie Ann Drinkwater, vice president investments, in the Boston office; Seth Richard, vice president investments, in the Manhattan office; and Andrew Gilbert, associate in the Boston office of Marcus & Millichap, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a local investor.  The buyer, a regional business owner, was also procured by Drinkwater, Richard and Gilbert.

Crossroads Common is located at 1 Chace Rd.  This property is the primary shopping center in the town of Freetown occupied by a solid mix of local and regional tenants including Crossroads Liquors, Subway and Bristol County Savings Bank.
