Marcus & Millichap arranges $3.865 million sale of Dover Market Plaza

Dover, MA The Richard Drinkwater Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Dover Market Plaza, a 10,000 s/f retail property. for $3.865 million. 

Laurie Ann Drinkwater, Seth Richard, Andrew Gilbert and Casey Valente, of Marcus & Millichap’s Richard Drinkwater Retail Group, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. Dover Market Plaza is located at 14-16 Springdale Ave.

The plaza serves that population with banking services, a liquor store and the Dover Market, a boutique supermarket and deli. The Dover Market has operated at this location for over 50 years. 

“This sale is the result of a tremendous effort by the previous owner to maintain and preserve one of the only critical retail properties within the community. Through their ownership cycle they have ensured that this property will continue on as a beacon of the local retailer serving the community that they share,” said Drinkwater. 

Richard said, “The new owners will be well served by this unique retail asset in the heart of one of the best communities in the state of Massachusetts.”
