Marcus & Millichap brokers sale of two Conn. gas stations
Laurie Ann Drinkwater, CCIM, Seth Richard and Steve Siegel, vice president of investments of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of New Haven and New York, were the sole brokers in the sale of 701 Farmington Ave., an existing service station. The property is well located along Bristol's retail corridor.
In Waterford, Drinkwater, Richard and Siegel also represented the buyer, a regional developer, in the sale of 155 Boston Post Rd., a service station. Pequot Commercial represented the seller.
