Douglas Marr and Paul Rinkulis of Keliher Real Estate Inc. have sold a 22,500 s/f lot at 76-80 Kemble St. for $860,000.
The seller was Kemble Associates LLC and the buyer is the Mayo Group of Boston. The new owner will repave the entire lot and use it for parking.
The Mayo Group purchased the 55,000 s/f building directly across the street and this will accommodate the high need for private parking in this area of New Market.
