Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate has leased 2,850 s/f of retail space for Mainsail Management: 850 s/f at 251 Newbury St. Upper Retail to BLVD (boulevard) men's clothing from Newport R.I., 900 s/f at 251 Newbury St. Lower Retail to Essence Fragrances of Nantucket and 1,100 s/f at 125 Charles St. Beacon Hill to Hi Line Tanning.
