Schwartz of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 2,000 s/f to Gilchrist Moda

After a lengthy vacancy, the former D'Andrea's Pharmacy at the corner of Whalley Ave. and Blake St. in the heart of Westville has been leased. Ed Schwartz, Realtor with Levey Miller Maretz, LLC, Commercial Realtors of Woodbridge represented the owner, Pop II, LLC, and the lessee, Gilchrist Moda, LLC. The five year term will present the opportunity for Westville and the Greater New Haven area to experience a clothing designer/manufacturer for men and women (with children's coming) with a European look, New York fashion and American made product. The designer, Rod Gilchrist, a New Haven native, is bringing his Los Angeles design shop to the East Coast. Along with other designs represented in the shop, Gilchrist will present current fashions for all.
