Holyoke, MA Dartmouth Property Management (DPM) has been awarded two more property management assignments heading into the second quarter of 2022. The properties include Holyoke Landing and 690 American Legion Hwy. in Roslindale.

Holyoke Landing is part of a 27,000 s/f, ground-up development site located at the entrance of the Holyoke Mall. Starbucks and Select Comfort have already opened their doors to new customers while Popeyes plans to begin construction in Q2.

690 American Legion Hwy. is a 34,000 s/f shopping center containing a mix of local and national retail tenants including Metro PCS, Dunkin’ and Popeyes.
