Marr of Keliher Real Estate handles 1,250 s/f lease
Boston, MA Douglas Marr, senior vice president, commercial division, Keliher Real Estate, Inc. has leased 1,250 s/f to Classic Tuxedo at 251 Newbury St. in the Back Bay.
Classic Tuxedo has been in the Back Bay area for over 35 years.They have signed a long term lease at their new address. The lessor is Safar Family Trust.
