Marr of Keliher Real Estate handles $7.6m sale of 244 Newbury St. in Boston
Boston, MA Douglas Marr, senior vice president of Keliher Real Estate has sold 244 Newbury St. The four-story brick commercial mixed building consisting of two residential units and two commercial units.
The selling price was $7.6 million. The seller was DD LLC, and buyer was a German investor. Marr will manage this asset for his client.
Michael Carucci was listing broker from Gibson Sothebys.
