This mixed-use investment property is situated on 1.71 acres at the corner of Great Rd. (State Rd. 2A) and Nonset Path. The property includes 8 retail units on the first floor and 20 office suites on the second floor. The investment also features two additional smaller buildings. The town is a suburban community located 25 miles northwest of Boston and inside the Rte. 495 belt along State Rte. 2A. The site boasts parking as well as visibility and access.
