Marr of Keliher Real Estate leases 1,500 s/f
Boston, MA Doug Marr of Keliher Real Estate has leased 1,500 s/f of office space at 130 Tremont St.
This penthouse unit overlooks the Boston Common and the State House. The tenant is Livescribe Inc., a web company from Sweden.
The landlord is Dr. M. Prinz of Hamburg, Germany.
Mainsail Management who handles the property for ownership was instrumental in putting this deal together.
