Marr of Keliher Real Estate leases 900 s/f to Bobbles & Lace
Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate has leased 900 s/f of retail space at 251 Newbury St. Back Bay Boston to Bobbles & Lace, a woman's boutique with locations in Marblehead, Newburyport and Andover.
Bobbles & Lace offers fashion lines. They have recently started offering shoes and boots.
The retail site is by the corner of Fairfield.
Marr represeted the landlord, TRI-K Realty Trust.

West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
