Martignetti of Avenue Management handles 30,140 s/f lease to Safecor Health, LLC

According to Avenue Management, Safecor Health, LLC has signed a lease for 30,140 s/f at Innovation Center Woburn located at 317 New Boston St. JP Martignetti of Avenue Management represented the landlord. Brian Morrissey and Don Domoretsky of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. Safecor Health is scheduled to take occupancy in May. Avenue Management will manage the turn-key construction of the tenant fit up from the existing shell. The 60,000 s/f flex-use building located at 317 New Boston St. was purchased by Avenue Management in 2012 and underwent significant renovations of exterior, interior, mechanicals and grounds. Mechanical renovations include installation of seven additional high efficiency rooftop HVAC units as well as high efficiency lighting. Avenue Management continues to market the remaining 30,000 s/f of flex space.
