Martin and Rohrer of Colliers International handle 17,173 s/f lease to Sunrise Labs

Bedford, NH Colliers International leased 17,173 s/f, taking up the entire second floor at 25 Constitution Dr. Doug Martin, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the lessor, Riley Enterprises. Martin along with Bob Rohrer, represented the lessee, Sunrise Labs.

Sunrise Labs, founded in 1992 by MIT engineers, specializes in taking innovative ideas and developing them into commercial medical devices.
