Manchester, NH Colliers International sold the former home of 4 Star Flooring, a 9,360 s/f mill building. Doug Martin of Colliers’ Manchester office represented the seller and Barry Hynes and Sue Ann Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer.
According to the Hillsborough County registry of deeds, the sale price was $725,000.
