Massirio of O,R&L Commercial brokers 20,633 s/f industrial sale - $1.05 million
Berlin, CT Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial, LLC brokered the sale of a 20,633 s/f industrial building on five acres located at 758 Four Rod Rd. The building sold for $1.05 million on Jan. 26, 2022.
Massirio represented the seller, Sheppard Family Holdings, LLC, the buyer, PYC Manufacturing was represented by Commercial Real Estate Group. The building had been the location of Auction it Today. The owner is downsizing his operations.
PYC Manufacturing is an aerospace manufacturing company, founded in 2005. PYC Manufacturing was formerly at 500 Four Rod Rd. This new location will provide room for PYC to expand and grow it’s operations.
