Matthews and Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties broker $800,000 sale; 140 Turnpike Drive sold to National Breaker Services LLC
Gerry Matthews and Ed Godin Jr., SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties have completed the sale of 140 Turnpike Dr. The freestanding 25,705 s/f building and 7.68 acres of IP zoned land sold for $800,000.
Matthews represented the seller, ECP Turnpike LLC and Godin represented the buyer, National Breaker Services LLC which is expanding its operations.
National Breaker has over 125 years of combined experience in manufacturing, remanufacturing and maintenance of electrical equipment for utility and industrial companies.
