The Geenty Group brokers 4,400 s/f lease to Pro Dental Billing at 21 Business Park Drive, Branford
The Geenty Group, Realtors of Branford consummated a 4,400 s/f 5-year lease at 21 Business Park Dr. The tenant is Pro Dental Billing, LLC, a medical/dental billing service company. Danielle Carney and Edward Carney III are the firm's principals. The Carneys have continued to grow their client base and space needs since The Geenty Group assisted them in leasing 3,000 s/f of space in North Branford one and a half years ago. Pro Dental now provides training to their client firms in several areas of cost savings.
Kristin Geenty SIOR and Kevin Geenty SIOR were the agents representing the landlord, Todd's Hill Investment Circle. Kevin Geenty represented the tenant.
