Matthews Comm'l. and Goodfellow Ashmore broker $528,000 sale

Ed Godin Jr., SIOR, a partner at Waterbury-based Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently represented the seller in the sale of a 5,038 s/f industrial condominium facility at 3 Morse Rd. which sold for $528,000. The new industrial/flex complex, Oxford Corporate Center, consists of 30,500 s/f and is located in the Oxford Business Park. The high quality facility was built and developed by Claris Construction of Newtown and has one unit remaining at 3,950 s/f. The buyer, BC Flynn Contracting Corporation, is based in New York and will utilize the property for its Connecticut operations. The buyer was represented by Todd Payne of Goodfellow Ashmore of Danbury.
