The high quality facility was built and developed by Claris Construction of Newtown and has one unit remaining at 3,950 s/f.
The buyer, BC Flynn Contracting Corporation, is based in New York and will utilize the property for its Connecticut operations. The buyer was represented by Todd Payne of Goodfellow Ashmore of Danbury.
