Scafati of Press/Cuozzo leases 1,500 s/f office space at Yalesville Village
According to Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Albert Scafati, senior commercial advisor, has leased 1,500 s/f of second floor office space at 314 Main St. to Lifetiled, LLC. Lifetiled is a web design company dedicated to building strong online footprints and unique images for businesses. Their goal is to provide incomparable quality, style, approach and design for every client.
Albert Scafati of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was the sole broker in the transaction, representing the landlord, Yalesville Village Shops, LLC, and also the tenant.
