Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Matthews Commercial Properties, recently represented the tenant, The Davidson Co., in a long-term lease of 120,500 s/f of warehouse and office space in the Newington Business Park located at 367 Alumni Rd. The renovated 616,000 s/f facility is located near I-84 and Rte. 9. The Davidson Co., is one of the largest specialty foods distributors in New England and was established nearly 40 years ago in central Connecticut. They will be relocating and expanding their operation from Wallingford. The landlord, The Hampshire Companies, was represented by Chris Metcalfe and Bill Bronson SIOR of CB Richard Ellis in Hartford.
