Brown and Nolan of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate complete $9.3 million sale
Peter Brown and Chris Nolan of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate have completed the $9.3 million sale of the class A, 120,000 s/f signature "Cross Roads" office building. "Cross Roads" is located on 8 acres at 6 Devine St., which is now a part of a budding medical campus, located off Exit 10 - I91. The property was owned and previously occupied by AT&T.
When asked to comment on Yale New Haven Hospital's acquisition of the property, Mike Freda, first selectman of North Haven, said "I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Yale New Haven Hospital. This project will be a cornerstone of a large medical epicenter to include every imaginable health care service."
H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate exclusively represented Yale New Haven Hospital, in this transaction.
