Matthews Commercial completes $1.485m sale of 91 Great Hill Rd.
Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties recently completed the sale of 91 Great Hill Rd. The 36,500 s/f industrial building and 4.57 acres of land was purchased for $1.485 million.
Matthews represented the seller, Pomeroy Enterprises which purchased the property last year for investment purposes. Rob Oris of Oris, Inc. represented the buyer, The 91 Great Hill Co. LLC, which will use the facility for the warehouse and distribution of high-end exotic car parts. The large open floor plan was instrumental in drawing the buyer to this site.
Matthews has been named the exclusive broker for the 14,668 s/f warehouse/manufacturing building located at 63 Golden St. in Meriden which had been occupied by the buyer of 91 Great Hill Rd.
