Shiue of Colliers Dow & Condon handles $600,000 transaction
Cosmos Real Estate LLC conveyed a one-half interest in the 40,155 s/f Comtech Business Park located at 470-476 Murdock Ave. to Dominick DeMartino for $600,000. The new combined ownership will be making significant improvements to the building and property.
