Matthews Commercial Properties completes 26,301 s/f $635,000 sale
According to Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties, 66 Mattatuck Heights has been sold to Carmino Maria Lucia, LLC. The 26,301 s/f building on 3.53 acres of land sold for $635,000.
Matthews represented the new owner which plans to occupy 16,000 s/f of the building to operate its limousine company, Gateway Limousine. The balance of the space has been leased back to the former owner, Temporale Climate Control.
Ralph Calabrese of the Calabrese Agency represented the seller.
