Matthews of Matthews Commercial and Patten of Proto handle $1.5 million sale

150 Main Street South - Southbury, CT

Southbury, CT Matthews Commercial Properties completed the sale of 150 Main St. The property sold for $1.5 million. 

Gerry Matthews of Matthews Commercial Properties represented ownership while Steve Patten of the Proto Group represented the buyers.

The property is a 1.4 acre parcel and is situated on the main thorough fare of the town. It contains a 14,111 s/f building that was the home of Southbury Food Center and most recently Labonnes Epicure Market. 

The new owners, 150 South Main St. LLC, plans include a total rehab of the building and conversion of use to a Planet Fitness Gym.
