Mattli and Marshall Doss of Greysteel arrange $3.1 million financing
Spinnaker Brook - Milford, CTMilford, CT Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged the $3.1 million refinance of Spinnaker Brook, a multifamily property on behalf of The Wolff Company.
This transaction was negotiated by Greysteel senior director, Anton Mattli, and finance associate, John Marshall Doss, who are both based in the company’s Dallas-Fort Worth, TX office.
Spinnaker Brook, located at 158 Cherry St. was constructed in 2007.
“The sponsor sought to refinance a maturing bank loan and wanted to take advantage of today’s historically low interest rates,” said Mattli. “Greysteel negotiated a non-recourse, 10-year agency loan with interest-only payments for three years.”
