Mayor Fung addresses RIBA board of directors
Mayor Allan Fung, a Republican candidate for governor, addresses the Rhode Island Builders Association's board of directors on November 5th.
He emphasized his own roots in a family that struggled to build a small business.
The board also dealt with planning and legislative issues, along with plans for an expanded Home Show in 2014.
