MB Management selected as property manager for 235 apartment portfolio

MB Management Co. has been selected by CATCH (Concord Area Trust Community Housing) Neighborhood Housing to provide property management services in support of 12 of its residential properties comprising 235 apartments. CATCH is a non-profit organization offering a full spectrum of housing services in Merrimack County, N.H. and is responsible for the development of housing for low to moderate income families and individuals. The properties include 10 existing apartment communities consisting of 140 apartments; Friedland Court I which is currently undertaking the initial leasing of 54 apartments and Friedland Court II which has recently started construction of 41 apartments. Many of the properties are assisted through the New Hampshire Housing Finance Agency.
