McCall & Almy negotiated a lease renewal on behalf of Empirix. Located at the Crosby Corporate Center, Empirix occupies 51,115 s/f of office space and renewed their existing commitment, currently spanning over five years, for an additional two years.
Empirix was represented by Lenny Owens of McCall & Almy, and the landlord, RREEF Asset Management, was represented by Richard Ruggiero and Torin Taylor of Cushman & Wakefield.
