Bret O'Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. and Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. recently leased 12,200 s/f at 86 South St. O'Brien and Aho represented the tenant, Unfors Instruments. The landlord JEEBO Management, LLC was represented by Bret O'Brien and Eric O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. Unfors Instruments is a Swedish company, which manufactures X-ray device calibration equipment in Sweden. Unfors Instruments is relocating its U.S. headquarters from New Milford, Conn., to the Hopkinton Technology Park location in order to expand its lab operations, upgrade facilities and utilize the MetroWest labor market.
