Boston, MA According to law firm Sherin and Lodgen LLP, Briana McCarthy has joined the firm’s growing real estate department as an associate. McCarthy advises retailers, developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate. She represents clients in commercial real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, environmental, and leasing.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, McCarthy was a real estate paralegal, where she gained valuable experience working closely with the firm’s attorneys on performing due diligence, conducting title, survey, zoning and environmental report reviews, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, and coordinating closing components for complex real estate transactions.
McCarthy earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.
In addition to McCarthy, Sherin and Lodgen also recently welcomed Laura Kaplan, Dustyn Marie Mascia, and Theresa M. Santoro to its real estate department.
