McCosh and Ouellette join Consigli Construction

Consigli Construction Co. have added Kevin McCosh, LEED AP as project manager and Logan Ouellette as project engineer.
A building industry veteran, McCosh brings 19 years of construction management experience in the public and private sectors throughout Maine to the Consigli team. He currently serves as project manager at the Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences new campus, which includes four new research labs, faculty residences and other campus amenities. McCosh will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project including cost reporting, schedule management, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and project close-out. As the hub of team communications, he is accountable for all facets of project administration.
Prior to joining Consigli, McCosh managed diverse projects all over Maine including medical office facilities for Mercy Hospital in Portland and Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford; assisted living facilities in Augusta, Bar Harbor and Camden; new elementary schools in Brunswick and Portland; and commercial office space in Cumberland and Westbrook for clients such as Aetna and AIG.
A LEED Accredited Professional, McCosh holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management Technology and an A.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology from University of Maine, Orono, as well as an M.S. degree in Business Administration from Husson University, Bangor, Maine.
Ouellette, a recent graduate of University of Maine, Orono with a B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, has been hired as a full-time project engineer after serving as an intern in Consigli's Portland office. He has completed field engineering and civil engineering internships at General Dynamics: Bath Iron Work and Fraser Papers, Ltd.
