McEvoy and Conrad of Conrad Grp. broker 26,165 s/f at Sterling Plaza

Randolph, MA The Conrad Group consummated a 26,165 s/f retail lease at Sterling Plaza.

The retail space was leased to SDI Stores LLC and will be the new home for Bob’s Stores and Eastern Mountain Sports.

Sterling Plaza, a 60,368 s/f retail center is located adjacent to The Randolph Cinema. The lease brings the building to an occupancy rate of 96%.

According to Jim McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, “We are happy to have such a quality tenant such as SDI Stores, LLC lease the entire space that Ann & Hope vacated this past fall.” The occupancy was effective March 1st.

McEvoy was assisted by Bob Conrad, president of The Conrad Group.
