McEvoy of Conrad Group brokers $770,000 sale of 4,915 s/f building

275 Longwater Drive - Norwell, MA

Norwell MA North River Home Care has purchased 275 Longwater Dr. and has completed its relocation from Washington St. to the building.  The property totals 4,915 s/f of office space on 2 levels.

James McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, Inc., represented the seller, Isabel Hickey Realty Trust, and procured the buyer.  According to the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds the sale price was $770,000.
