The Dolben Company, Inc. promotes O’Keefe to regional property manager

Woburn, MA According to The Dolben Company, Inc., a full-service Boston-based real estate company, Patrick O’Keefe has been promoted to the role of regional property manager. O’Keefe will be managing a portfolio of properties in New England, and will be working out of the company’s headquarters in Woburn.

O’Keefe began his career with Dolben in the property management trainee program in September, 2008. He served as an assistant property manager before being promoted to property manager in December, 2011. Most recently, O’Keefe was the property manager at One North of Boston in Chelsea, Mass. He and his team were able to complete the lease-up of 230 units in just 6 months, generate rent growth of 20% over the first 18 months of operations, and successfully renew 60% of the original residents.

O’Keefe earned his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He holds the National Apartment Association’s Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designations, as well as the C3P and TaCCs designations. O’Keefe was named Dolben’s Employee of the Month in December, 2011.
