Solutions, LTD in the transaction. Globe is a leading-edge developer of specialty non-metallic materials for military, medical, material handling, industrial, oil field and marine applications. The company will be consolidating manufacturing and warehousing operations at the building from its facilities in Rockland and E. Bridgewater.

The property, recently purchased by Equity Industrial Partners of Needham, totals 158,000 s/f.

The owner is preparing several base building improvements including a new roof, HVAC, warehouse/mfg lighting, parking and landscaping package. Hunter Emerson and Bruce Levine represented the landlord.
