Belsito and O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties handle lease and sale
34 Bearhill Road -Waltham, MAWaltham, MA Boston Open Labs (BOL) has secured a 4,000 s/f, single tenant building at 34 Bearhill Rd. BOL will be using this property as its base of operations. They are relocating from Concord Rd. in Cambridge.
