McEvoy of The Conrad Group negotiates 50,000 s/f lease to Cuming Corp.
The Conrad Group has negotiated a new 50,000 s/f office/warehouse lease at 275 Bodwell St. in the Avon Industrial Park, owned by Atlantic Bodwell Realty, LLC. 275 Bodwell St. is a 210,000 s/f industrial facility on 11 acres of land.
Cuming Corporation will be relocating from 264 Bodwell St. in order to expand its facility at 275 Bodwell St. from within the Avon Industrial Park.
The Conrad Group's James McEvoy, senior vice president represented both parties in the transaction.
