McFarland and Twombly of Avison Young complete 13,889 s/f lease

Avison Young has brokered a lease for 13,889 s/f at 77 N. Washington St. Avison Young brokers Karyn McFarland and Matt Twombly represented the landlord, The Finch Group. Tom O'Regan, executive vice president, and Dan Cavanaugh, associate, at Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, MaidPro. MaidPro is a privately held, full service cleaning company offering franchise opportunities across North America. "The third floor of 77 N. Washington St. is a unique collaborative space and we are pleased to have matched it with the right company." said McFarland. "Everyone worked hard to make this lease happen." said Twombly. "Finding the type of space we needed in the North Station area was like finding a needle in a haystack. Tom, Dan, Karyn and Matt worked hard to get us in a fun space that will help us continue our growth." said MaidPro's CEO Mark Kushinsky. 77 N. Washington St. is a nine-story, class B, 120,000 s/f office building with street level retail, located in the Bulfinch Triangle/North Station submarket of the city.
