Avison Young has brokered the lease renewal at 265 Franklin St. to J. P. Marvel Investment Advisors, Inc. Avison Young principal Karyn McFarland represented the tenant, J.P. Marvel. Tom Ashe, senior vice president with Richards Barry Joyce and Partners, represented the landlord, 265Franklin Street Associates, LLC.
Located in the Financial District of the city, 265 Franklin St. is a class A office tower that comprises 21 stories and a total of 350,569 s/f. The tenant will move from the seventh floor to the ninth floor in December and occupy 3,640 s/f.
