McGarry of O’Brien Commercial Properties sells 1,644 s/f retail building on 2.8 acres
Tyngsborough, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties negotiated the sale of 1 Farwell Rd. and 1 Ferry Ln.
Senior associate, Rob McGarry represented the seller. The property consists of a 1,644 s/f retail building on 2.8 acres situated along the Merrimack River.
With historical roots dating back to the early 1700s, the property served as the town’s ferry terminal and later, the post office.
