McGuire and Crossan of CBRE/New England broker $2.576 million sale for United States Postal Service

On behalf of the United States Postal Service (USPS), CBRE/New England (CBRE/NE) completed the sale of 177 Pine St. USPS sold the 27,000 s/f, single-story flex building to Zyno Medical of Natick for $2.576 million. CBRE/NE's Bob McGuire and Sam Crossan, in conjunction with Brent Davidson of CBRE's Washington D.C. office, represented the seller. RW. Holmes Realty Co.'s John Eysenbach represented the buyer. "We are pleased to have facilitated this transaction on behalf of the United States Postal Service," said McGuire. "Zyno Medical is gaining a unique property with great street visibility and curb appeal." Located adjacent to the Natick Industrial Park, 177 Pine St. is a 27,000 s/f, single-story flex building situated on 4.24 acres. The property formerly functioned as a main branch for the Post Office.177 Pine St. contains office, retail and warehouse space, has ample parking for employees and vehicles, and contains four loading docks.
