McInnis of Nautilus Realty Group sells 15 acres for $3.1 million in North Hampton

North Hampton, NH  A 15-acre assemblage of land including a Mobil Station, auto dealership, body shop and service center on Rte. 1 have been sold in a 5 parcel portfolio sale for $3.1 million to local developer Brian Thibeault. The gas station and 4 other parcels of commercial land and buildings were owned by the Simmons family and controlled by Peter Simmons for 20 plus years.

Nautilus Realty Group principal broker and president Christopher McInnis facilitated the transaction, consisting of a total of 15.98 acres. Nautilus represented ZJBV Properties, an investment company owned by Brian Thibeault.

McInnis said, “My client will be looking to develop the property in the highest and best use possible for both the Town of North Hampton and the potential needs for the area. His immediate intention will be to rehabilitate the property’s landscaping and buildings while talking with potential businesses and tenants in the near future.”
