McKinnon of Grossman Co. renews Manpower Inc.'s 1,459 s/f lease

Manpower, Inc. has renewed its office lease at Braintree Executive Park, 150 Grossman Dr. Representing the landlord, Braintree Executive Park LLC, in the lease negotiations for 1,459 s/f was Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Cos., Inc. Grossman built the mirror-image first-class twin office complex in the late 1980's. Braintree Executive Park consists of a total of 62,000 s/f at 100 and 150 Grossman Dr. adjacent to the K-Mart Plaza off Rte. 3. The buildings are also home to Rockland Trust, Chase Manhattan Mortgage, Tremont Credit Union, Quadgraphics, Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Bank of America, and University of Phoenix, among others. "Braintree Executive Park offers the best of both worlds: a suburban campus setting with downtown Boston amenities," said McKinnon. The buildings offer covered parking and quality interior finishes, and areclose to the MBTA Red Line /Commuter Rail station.
