Eco Power Solutions, a noted energy recovery and emissions control service provider, has selected the landmark Willard Building at 1266 Furnace Brook Pkwy. as its location for its newly established global headquarters.
Representing the parties in the transaction was Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., and exclusive broker for the property. A total of 5,480 s/f is available which is subdividable.

The Willard Building is home to several law and CPA firms, financial advisors, and real estate management and development companies, among others.
Eco Power Solutions CEO Tom Thompson said he chose the Willard Building because of its close proximity to Logan Airport, which provides ease of accessibility for visiting clients, contractors and employees.
