McKinnon of The Grossman Companies, Inc. handles 3,900 s/f lease for Braintree Executive Park

Forward Advantage, a medical software development and consulting firm, has leased 3,900 s/f at 100 Grossman Dr. Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc., handled negotiations for the landlord, Braintree Executive Park LLC. Forward Advantage was represented by Antonietta O'Toole of Gemini Real Estate. McKinnon said among the many reasons Forward Advantage chose the location are its highway and public transportation access, ample parking and building amenities. In the past year several tenants renewed leases at Braintree Executive Park including the Building Trade Employers' Association of Boston and Eastern Massachusetts, Inc.; Rockland Trust Co. which renewed its lease and expanded; and Bank of America. Among other long-term tenants in the office park are Tremont Federal Credit Union, Strategic Staffing Solutions, and Manpower International. Forward Advantage employs medical software to help medical facilities integrate health care information systems that improve clinical workflow and patient care, maximize resources, and meet patient safety initiatives and HIPAA requirements. Many of their clients across the U.S. have won awards for quality of care.
