McMahon from NAI Norwood Group reps Hanmin Ventures in 3,217 s/f lease at 95 New Hampshire Avenue

Chris McMahon from NAI Norwood Group's Portsmouth office represented Hanmin Ventures, Inc. in their search for 3,000 to 4,000 s/f of office and studio space. After viewing several viable options the tenant was able to arrive at an agreement with Two International Group for a long term lease of 3,217 s/f at the 195 New Hampshire Ave. building on Pease International Tradeport. Hanmin Ventures. is a local franchisee of the international wide format imaging company, Speed Pro. This will be the company's first location in the state. "It's exciting to help a franchise find space to open their doors for the first time in the state," McMahon said.
