McKinnon of The Grossman Cos., Inc. leases 3,800 s/f at Braintree Executive Park

Walden Behavioral Care has leased 3,800 s/f at Braintree Executive Park, 150 Grossman Dr. Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Cos., Inc. represented the landlord, Braintree Executive Park LLC. The tenant was represented by Matt Harvey of Cresa Partners. The recently renovated Braintree Executive Park consists of two buildings at 100 and 150 Grossman Dr., offering first-class amenities in a suburban setting with easy highway access and excellent visibility. The buildings are located off the Union St. exit of Rte. 3 and across the street from the Braintree T stop.
