McKinnon of The Grossman Cos. reps both sides in 12,000 s/f lease

Tremont Credit Union has renewed its lease for 12,000 s/f at Braintree Executive Park, 150 Grossman Dr. The space serves as Tremont's corporate headquarters, operations center, and branch office. Representing the parties in the transaction was Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Companies, Inc. The landlord is Braintree Executive Park Trust LLC. Braintree Executive Park's mirror-image buildings consist of 124,000 s/f of first-class office space off Rte. 3. Among other tenants at Braintree Executive Park are Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, Bank of America and Genworth.
